In another story, a minor appeared before a mirror, dressed completely in black and carrying a long weapon. ⚠️ #Incidents
According to the Michoacán Public Security Secretariat, the attack was reported after gunshots were heard inside the school premises.
A 15-year-old teenager was detained for allegedly murdering two teachers at the 'Anton Makárenko' Preparatory School in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.
Beyond the severity of the crime, the case has raised concern over the content the minor shared on social media before the attack, where he openly expressed anti-feminist and hateful messages.
Anti-feminist message prior to the attack
On his personal Instagram account, the young man—identified as the presumed perpetrator—posted a series of stories hours before the events. He wrote: 'Hatred for feminists.' The content was accompanied by images linked to digital communities associated with the incel movement, as well as references to terms like 'looksmax' and other theories focused on physical characteristics.
In one of them, he wrote in English a message that, translated into Spanish, states: 'Because I have decided to send the feminists who have always ruined my life to the other world. For 7 years, life has brought me no joy.'
Civil Guard and Municipal Police elements implemented an operation that led to the teenager's arrest at the scene. Inside the school, two teachers were found dead, both with bullet wounds.
Authorities reported that a 5.56 caliber rifle with a magazine was seized from the minor, which was made available to the competent authority.
The case continues under investigation to clarify the facts and determine possible motivations, while concern grows on social media about the exposure of minors to hate speech in digital environments and its impact within educational institutions.
